Great news.
Excellent! I was under the impression that this was already a done deal. I guess at the provincial level, yes; at the federal level, not yet. But soon.
I sometimes wonder if every western country in the world will allow gay marriage before the U.S. does. Probably.
How can a country be so backward and forward? I guess people all over the world have been asking this for years. LOL
And Spain now as well.

I saw that.
I really appreciated the Prime Minister's quote: "We were not the first, but I am sure we will not be the last. After us will come many other countries, driven, ladies and gentlemen, by two unstoppable forces: freedom and equality." This is an equal rights issue. I'm glad people around the world are finally waking up to that.
